Roadmap for marine uses and activities licensing in the Azores, Portugal

The clarity of licensing processes is one of the key aspects of the blue economy development. This “Roadmap for licensing process under the Maritime Spatial Planning in the Azores” is aiming at detailing the licensing processes for all uses and activities in the maritime space adjacent to the Azores archipelago. Its development has been coordinated by the Regional Directorate for Maritime Policies in Azores and involved a partnership between #BlueGrid, #JJConsultores and #AMMCLegal as companies with previous experience in this type of documents. The manual has been developed under the MSP-OR Advancing Maritime Spatial Planning in Outermost Regions project (GA 101035822-MSP-OR-EMFF-MSP-2020) and is already available online.
